The HKMA Youth Development Scheme was launched in 2017 aiming to widen the horizons of the youngsters and expose them to the abundance of opportunities in various industries of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. The Scheme is open to students of post-secondary institutions, and secondary schools in senior forms.

Every year, the Association organizes a series of seminars, company visits and job shadowing to provide opportunities for students to learn latest industry trends, career prospects as well as the required competence of different fields in the respective industries. They will also be invited to join a wide range of HKMA activities such as conferences, forums, etc. to widen their horizons.

Objectives

• To expose youngsters to the abundance of opportunities in various industries of Hong Kong and the Region
• To widen the horizons of youngsters
• To learn the industry development, career prospects as well as the required competences of different industries
