HCMS Future HR Talents Hackathon-Hackathon Day

Overview

The Human Capital Management Society (HCMS) is a Human Resource professional body operating under the auspices of the Hong Kong Management Association.

By providing students an experience to navigate and tackle case that simulates real life HR business challenges, the Hackathon aims to promote sharing of insights on how HR can contribute to organizations. The Hackathon also provides a platform for exchange of knowledge and network between HR professionals, Professors, Lecturers and young HR talents.

人才資源管理社（HCMS）是香港管理專業協會（HKMA）旗下的專業組織，成立超過30年，致力於為香港及周邊地區的人力資源管理提供交流、建立人脈和個人發展的平台。HCMS的年度獎學金專為本地全日制人力資源管理學習的學生而設，並以 Future HR Talents Hackathon 命名。

Future HR Talents Hackathon 通過提供真實的人力資源案例，鼓勵學生在團隊合作中識別企業面臨的挑戰，並提出獨特而有效的創新解決方案。這次Hackathon旨在讓學生在模擬的真實情境中運用理論知識，提升他們的問題解決能力和實踐經驗。同時，活動也為學生提供了與行業專業人士、教授及其他參與者交流的寶貴機會，幫助他們擴展職業網絡，開創未來的職業機會。
