Mr Tristan Demaeseneer
Consulting Director
PwC Hong Kong

Tristan has over 10 years experience in International HR Information Systems technologies deployment underpinning HR Transformation Programs. He has played many roles throughout his career in multiple projects and also successfully delivered projects of his own. Tristan has worked across various sectors and large scales multinationals organizations.

Prior to specializing in HR Technologies, Tristan was an HR Officer and took part in HR Shared Services implementations focusing on process alignment and optimization across multiple companies and businesses. He has detailed knowledge of the HR lifecycle, communications and change management and how HR systems can support service delivery and help achieve business goals.

Ivy joined Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group in 2019 and is responsible for developing global people strategies to drive innovation and unleash the collective brainpower of colleagues in alignment with the Group’s vision, mission and core values.

Ivy has experience in human resources, training, total quality management and customer service spanning across Fintech, Media, Hospitality and Petrochemical industries. To promote excellence in her areas of expertise, Ivy is actively engaged in public service. She is a member of the Organizing Committee of the Awards for Excellence in Training and Development of Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA), and has been on the Board of Examiners of the Quality Award of HKMA since 2008. She is also a member of the Cross-Industry Training Advisory Committee and the Specification of Competency Standards Drafting Subcommittee for the Human Resources Management sector of Qualifications Framework of the HKSAR Government.


Mr Ellis Ku

Ellis is a learning and organizational development professional with extensive experiences in consultancy and in-house training. As the Head of Learning and Organization Development of Hong Kong Maxim’s Group, Ellis manages learning, talent management and organization development functions and has led a number of transformation projects for the company.

To embrace the era of New Normal, digitalization enables us to manage disruptions and brings us a Simpler, Smarter and Happier work-life. Along with this direction, Ellis has championed the launch of Le@rnhere (eLearning ecosystem) and M-channel (corporate social media & communication platform) in Maxim’s Group to reach 35000+ employees in the region.

Ms Jenny Pong
Director, Human Resources, Gammon Construction Limited; Member, Organizing Committee, HKMA Award for Excellence in Training and Development 2022
Jenny joined Gammon in 2019 as the Director overseeing human resources, administration and corporate communications functions, as well as the Shenzhen branch office. Jenny has more than 20 years of HR experience gained from various industries including management consulting, airline and financial services.

Before Gammon, she held a number of senior HR positions across the region, including Group Director, Human Resources of JTH Group, a member of the Jardine Matheson Group. Prior to joining JTH Group, she was the Asia Pacific Head of Human Resources for General Insurance business at Zurich Financial Services. Among her other roles, Jenny served as the Asia Pacific Head of Human Resources for State Street Global Advisors and the Change and Development Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways. In these roles, Jenny’s focus was more on building the HR function from scratch. Jenny has a mission to bring HR to the front end of the business via capability enhancement and innovation.


Ms Priscilla Chau
Director – Human Resources, CLP Power Hong Kong Limited; Member, People Management Committee, The Hong Kong Management Association
Priscilla is a senior HR leader with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of Asia Pacific HR roles including business partnering, talent and development, and HR process improvement.

She joined CLP in 2021 as Director – Human Resources at CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd. She leads the operations of people-related programs to support the growth of the Hong Kong subsidiary. Leveraging her depth of experience and knowledge in the markets of the Asia Pacific region, she plays a critical role in the continuous development of HR function.

Prior to CLP, Priscilla has most recently spent 15 years with multinational industrial leader BASF in a variety of regional roles based at their Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong. She has also held a number of human resources roles in other multinational companies.
