The 2026 Theme Year Working Party, following through with “Pursuing Progress through Enhancing Quality and Efficiency”, has organized the AI+ Hangzhou Innovation and Technology Study Tour.

Hangzhou, hub of pioneering and innovation of China’s digital economy, is driving a profound industrial and social transformation with AI as its engine. From empowerment of industries with large-scale models to reshaping city governance with the “City Brain”, Zhejiang’s AI ecosystem is showing a vigorous evolution of converting foundational research and technological marvels into industrial applications.
