Business with Purpose: Pledge in Action Signing Ceremony cum Sharing Sessions
Overview
As leading with purpose has become the new competitive advantage for businesses and the key to future success, HKMA has established a “Business with Purpose” Impact Partnership with Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk) in February 2021. Under the partnership, the Association and SVhk will position 2021 as the beginning of “The Decade of Purpose Business”, and will jointly launch a series of initiatives under the pillars of Advocacy, Award, Advisory and Academy.
The first initiative under Advocacy is the release of a “Business with Purpose: Pledge in Action”. Over 10 pioneering companies will be engaged as founding signatories to declare their commitment to embrace purpose in their core business strategies. The Pledge in Action Signing Ceremony cum Sharing Sessions will be held on Monday, 26 April. During the occasion, CEOs and business leaders from the signatories will share their experience in embarking the purpose movement in their organizations in three panel discussions.
