Ir Kelvin Wong began his career with Airport Authority Hong Kong in 1995. Currently he holds the position as General Manager, Technical Services Systems under Engineering and Technology Division. Kelvin is a professional engineer with over twenty years' experience and he is accountable for the engineering and new technology development for the Hong Kong International Airport.
黃家和先生於1995年在香港機場管理局開始其職業生涯,他現正擔任系統工程及維修部總經理一職。黃先生是一名專業工程師,有超過20年的機場工程項目經驗,主要負責香港國際機場的機場系統工程管理和機場創新技術的開發。

Ms Anna Kong has been with Airport Authority Hong Kong since 2015. Currently she serves as Senior Manager, Organization Development in Human Resources Department, responsible for planning and execution of organization development initiatives including talent management, succession planning, employee learning and development and corporate culture promotion.
江詩薇女士於2015年加入香港機場管理局工作,現時於人力資源部擔任高級經理 - 組織發展一職,主要負責規劃和執行組織發展工作,包括人才管理,繼任計劃,員工學習與發展,以及企業文化推廣。

Vincent has joined Telebet since 2008 and has an important role on workforce management and staff wellness for the Club's unique and dynamic operation. It is also the time when Telebet experienced the most significant changes, like building a flagship centre, implementation of series of training and development programmes which had paved the way for Telebet to grow further. From which, Vincent has contributed immensely and is glad to share his experience.
Vincent自2008年加入電話投注團隊,主力參與於人力資源管理、職安健,及營運管理。並共同經歷多個轉變,包括參與籌建旗艦中心、大型培訓計劃;為部門發展奠下基礎,從中累積不少寶貴經驗與大家分享。
Mr Tom Chui 崔靖韜先生

Tom is a unique "People & Purpose Driven" individual, with international leadership and people management experience in advertising, banking, church, social enterprise, and the field of badminton. Tom started his advertising career with clients such as Coca-Cola and Honda, a two-time D&AD Advertising Workshop National Awards winner. Took his first second-curve in career two years later into banking, promoted from a cashier position to a Multi-Millions Pounds Portfolio Manager within seven years in HSBC UK, then was headhunted by HSBC China into a Senior Management position. He took his third career curve by dropping his well-paid banking position and worked in a Purpose-driven church, called Saddleback.
In 2018, after ten plus years of passion within Diversity & Inclusion, Tom founded a social enterprise called Inclusive Impact, which focuses on corporate training and creates employment for people with disabilities in Hong Kong. Finally, Tom is also an International Badminton Coaching license holder and Post Great Britain Paralympic Badminton coach and International Umpire.
香港「融.聚.歷」創辦人 崔靖韜先生是前英國殘奧羽毛球國家教練。多年來他目睹很多殘疾運動員退役後從人生高峰轉跌至人生低谷,他相信退役精英運動員擁有卓越的策略思維、無比的堅毅鬥志、激勵和感染團隊的能力及全局視野,而如此能力並未被社會發掘和充分發揮,回港後創辦了一個由坐輪椅精英運動員主持的輪椅體驗挑戰工作坊,讓參加者能於「短時間」接收市場上「最新」、「最熱門」的領導管理主題內容, 包括成長思維、設計思維、變革管理、團隊建立、增強抗逆力等等,最後達致思維、技巧及工作模式的轉變。

Amie joined McDonald's Hong Kong as Manager Trainee in 1998 and was gradually promoted to Manager of Training, Learning and Development, responsible for nurturing talents, developing leaders, and rewarding achievements in the company. In 2020, she led her team in setting up the Service Theatre upgrading restaurant professional training via electronic platform. Amie has extensive experience in talent development and was the professor of Hamburger University at Shanghai in 2011 & 2012.
霍可儀女士於1998年加入香港麥當勞擔任見習經理,其後晉升為培訓學習發展部經理,負責人才發展、領導培養和獎勵成就。2020年,她帶領其團隊成立電子培訓平台,以嶄新方式發展麥當勞的服務專業人員。 Amie在人才培訓方面經驗豐富。在2011年和2012年,她獲中國漢堡大學邀請擔任教授。
