簡介
香港賽馬會負責提供賽馬運動、體育運動及博彩娛樂，為全球規模最大的賽馬機構之一。其中，賽馬會也是香港最大的僱主之一，聘用約4,400名全職及20,000名兼職員工，於全港各區設有投注站。 在本次活動中，我們將會參觀位於荃灣的電話投注中心及位於葵涌的體驗店，更有高級營業部經理 -Jimmy Lau，為我們介紹香港賽馬會的日常營運及分享求職技巧。

Mr Jimmy Lau
Senior Manager, Retail
Mr Jimmy Lau is a Senior Manager of Retail at The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the Club), where he is responsible for driving end-to-end operations, developing customer strategies, and leading diverse teams to design and implement projects for the Retail Department. He also leads the Omni Channel Strategy aimed at comprehensively enhancing customer experiences among all off-course betting branches.
Prior to joining the Club, Jimmy gained substantial management experience in the Retail industry.
He started his career as a District Manager at A.S. Watson Group and was promoted to Area Manager after four years of outstanding performance and contributions to the company. With his expertise and experience, Jimmy brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role at the Club.
