Mr Dowson Tong (Tencent)
Senior Executive Vice President, CEO of Cloud and Smart Industries
Dowson leads Tencent's efforts to serve industries pursuing digital transformation since October 2018. He is responsible for cloud business and enterprise-facing services, as well as co-leads social advertising business. Dowson also serves as chairman of the board for Tencent Music Entertainment Group. Previously, Dowson was the president of Social Network Group (SNG), and responsible for the development strategy of QQ communication, social networking platforms, value-added services, and open platforms. Before joining Tencent, he worked at Sendmail Inc., where he led the development of operator-scale email and messaging systems. He also worked at Oracle, where he managed the development and testing of its servers and applications. Dowson earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Mr Olivier Blum (Schneider Electric)
Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, Executive Committee Member
Olivier graduated from Grenoble BusinessSchool in France (GEM,France). He began his career at Schneider Electric in 1993 and held various positions in the France Commercial organization, from Sales Engineer to Vice-Director Country Sales. On June 2019, he was awarded the Chief Human Resources Officer of the year, in the 24th Annual Director of Human Resources Award which was organized by Cadremploi, Morgan Phillips Hudson, Le Figaro and Fyte. Olivier is Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, Member of the Executive Committee starting April 1st 2020. He joined at the same time the board of AVEVA Group PLC (Global leader in Industrial Software) as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee.

Ms Michelle Chan (Livi Bank)
Director (Marketing, Business Development and Innovation)
Michelle has more than 15 years of Product and Marketing experience in Technology and Financial Service industry with extended exposure worldwide. Michelle is currently the acting CMO, leading Marketing, Business Development and Innovation function at Livi Bank, the biggest virtual bank in HK in terms of capital. Before Livi Bank, she had been with FWD Insurance, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute, Hong Kong Telecom (High Net Worth Segment, Group Loyalty, Payment Business), Huawei Technology, Nokia Siemens Network, etc , taken up marketing, product and business development roles with regional exposure. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Cognitive Science degree, Graduate Diploma in E-Commerce and a MBA from the University of Hong Kong. Apart from her role in Livi Bank, Michelle also serves as Advisory Member of FinTech Industry Alliance of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), AI & InsurTech Committee Co Chair of FinTech Association HK, Founding Member of Women In Tech HK and as well the Future Task Force Member of Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Michelle is also being named as 2018 Top 25 FinTech Female Leader in HK by DigFin Group and InvestHK.

Dr Fung Hong JP (Chinese University Hong Kong Medical Centre)
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Dr Hong FUNG is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC). CUHKMC is the private teaching hospital wholly owned by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Dr FUNG is also Professor of Practice in Health Services Management at the Jockey Club School of Public Health & Primary Care , CUHK, where he teaches health services planning, healthcare innovation and technology management, healthcare financing, communications and marketing, and decision making in the School’s master and leadership programs. Before he joined CUHK in 2014 , Dr FUNG was Cluster Chief Executive of the New Territories East Cluster and Hospital Chief Executive of the Prince of Wales Hospital at the Hospital Authority ( from 2002 to 2013 , overseeing the management and operations of 7 public hospitals. Prior to that he worked in the HA Head Office and was responsible for the planning and development of the public hospital services and facilities for over a decade. He spearheaded the development of HA s Clinical Management System and electronic patient records. Dr FUNG was President (2014 2 018) and Chief Censor (2010 2013) of the Hong Kong College of Community Medicine. Dr FUNG is well recognized for his expertise in medical leadership, health planning, health informatics and health services management.

Mr Nixon Chau (SenseTime)
Regional Director
Nixon is an accomplished speaker and executive with almost 20 years’ professional experience in Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Mainland China. Currently he is the Regional Director of SenseTime. As the regional leader, Nixon is responsible for the overall thought leadership, go-to- market strategy, and field enablement activities, as well as building CXO level client relationships with key strategic accounts. Prior to SenseTime, Nixon served a similar executive role for Pivotal, SAP and Oracle. Nixon is passionate about forester Hong Kong Start-ups ecosystem and support CUHK. He is the serve as the advisory board member of the CUHK Alumni Entrepreneurs Association (CUAEA). Nixon holds an Executive MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Technology & Innovation Management Program at UC Berkeley, and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia in Canada. He is bilingually fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. His special interest focusing on digital innovation, Artificial Intelligent and Cloud adoption.

Mr Sam Li (Price.com.hk)
Managing Director
Sam Li, Ka Yin, Managing Director of Price.com.hk, has brought 20 years of executive and managing experience at creative and digital media to an online commerce landscape. Sam strategized and realized digital solutions with a goal of long term growth and success. With this in mind, he continues to lead the transformation of Price.com.hk, from an information portal, into an O2O marketplace. He drives the product development to help local merchants, be they big or small, by unifying their physical and digital presences, making their sales and marketing channels more user-centric and, as a result, maximizing the life time value of each customer they have and cherish.

Ms Angel Wong (Huawei)
Senior Partner Engagement Manager of Cloud Business Department
Angel is currently working in Huawei Cloud as Senior Partner Engagement Manager. She dedicates herself as an evangelist of Huawei Cloud and aims to empower Huawei Cloud Ecosystem in Hong Kong. Angel serves as a facilitator to identify and recruit local Independent Solution Vendor (ISV) to Huawei Cloud’s community. Over the years, Angel has worked with local ISV who is focus on AI, IOT, Fintech, and so on. The combincation of local innvovation and Huawei’s technology accelerates the digital transformation of many enterprises.

Mr Kenny Lau (S.F. Express)
Chief Technology Officer
Mr Kenny Lau joined S.F. Express Hong Kong (SFHK) in 2020 as Chief Technology Officer, leading the team to drive and uplift SFHK’s logistic service, create new products and services by using big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and innovative technologies. Mr Lau held the Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and previously worked in global IT consulting services industry with experience in FinTech and Data Intelligence technologies and Complex project/program management.
