任內成功建立了位於沙田通訊及科技中心的電話投注旗艦中心，成為香港最大的客戶聯繫中心之一。最近，阮先生將荃灣的電話投注中心徹底翻新，不僅將該中心變身為現代化及舒適的工作場所，當中更揉合了多個吸引年輕一代的新理念。 阮先生掌管電話投注整體運營，電話投注由四個大型客戶聯繫中心組成，為全港200萬位客戶提供近24/7的電話投注服務，創造以千計的職位。 加入馬會前，阮先生曾擔任馬莎百貨(香港)的Corporate Sales and Store Finance Manager，並獲任為香港回歸慶典協會的活動協調員。憑藉豐富的專業知識和經驗，阮家華先生在現有職位發揮所長，帶領電話投注服務香港。

Mr Nicholas Yuen has successfully led the establishment of the flagship Telebet centre at Shatin Communications and Technology Centre, which is one of the largest customer contact centres in Hong Kong. Recently, Nicholas has accomplished another major project – the renovation of the Telebet centre in Tsuen Wan. He has not only transformed it into a modern and comfortable workplace, but also introduced new ideas to attract younger generations.
In his current position, Nicholas oversees the operation of Telebet, which consists of 4 mega centres and thousands of staff who provide voice wagering services almost 24/7 to 2 million customers.
Prior to joining the Club, Nicholas worked as the Corporate Sales and Store Finance Manager at the Marks & Spencer Hong Kong, and served as the Event Coordinator for The Association for Celebration of Reunification of Hong Kong with China. With his diverse expertise and experience, Nicholas brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role at the Club.
